We will experience and explore all the nuances of Spot Whiskey & Knappogue Castle Whiskey. We will start our special event with a tasting of three whiskeys. Meanwhile Pat Rey will be demonstrating the old-world art of hand cigar rolling for our finish in the Cigar Room.

Please welcome back Nicholas Berkey, former general manager for Bristol Republic located in downtown Columbus where he ran the Bourbon Program. He is the founder of the Whiskey Club and co-host of his podcast titled Whiskey Chasers Podcast.

Our tasting will include 2 pot stilled and 1 single malt whiskeys:

-Knappogue Castle Single Malt Irish Whiskey

Spot Whiskey Yellow Spot
Flavors: Honey sweetness with pot still spices. Flavours of fresh coffee, 
creamy milk chocolate & Crème Brûlée. Notes of red apples & toasted oak. 
Its finish is sophisticated & complex with a sweetness throughout, 
followed by a mix of red grape & dry barley upon exit.

Spot Whiskey Green Spot
Flavors: Full spicy body. A hint of cloves along with the fruity 
sweetness of green apples, rounded off with toasted oak. Followed by 
lingering flavours of spices and barley.

Knappogue Castle Single Malt Irish Whiskey
Flavors: Mellow and well-balanced with a bright, elegant fruitiness 
and mild spice flavors.
