We cordially invite all of our members to join us as we celebrate our wine making connection to the north east coast with a dinner designed and created by Chef Justin. Each of the five courses have been thoughtfully paired with champagne, wine and our dessert wine.

Lake View White – A limited release blend of our Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay and our Sauvignon Blanc… clean, bright and fruity.
Mussels and Clams Casino
Sauvignon Blanc – Bright floral notes with tropical fruit, honeysuckle and a clean finish.
Steamed Lobster
Chardonnay – Barrel aged for ten months, clean and bright with hints of smoky toasted oak, vanilla, green apples and pairs
Blueberry Phyllo Flowers with Blueberry Cassis Sauce
Starboard – A blend of our Zinfandel wine and premium brandy.
