Wine Club Dinner

Our chef has created a menu incorporating grapes into each of the four courses and the winemaker, who just returned from harvesting in Napa, has paired each course with a glass of wine the compliments and enhances each course.

SALAD
Fall greens, red and green grapes, candied pecans and bleu cheese.

CHEESE
Brie crostini with drunken grapes and crispy prosciutto.
Paired with Buckeye Lake Winery Chardonnay, Napa, California

ENTREE
Walnut encrusted bone-in pork chop on a maple butternut squash purée with a caramelized and roasted fall vegetable medley finished with a cabernet infused grape marmalade.

DESSERT
Black Forest Sundaes
Vanilla bean ice cream, house made brownie crumble and wine infused cherries.
Vanilla Vodka Coffee
